A PERSONALLY REVIEWED PURCHASE

Buy Bitcoin with a cashier’s check

Prepare a reviewed cashier’s-check Bitcoin purchase with Fiat2Bitcoin. Understand account verification, request-specific instructions, fees and bank clearance.

Start with your account and a purchase request

A cashier’s-check purchase follows Fiat2Bitcoin’s manual review process. Create your own account, add a Bitcoin wallet you control and prepare a request with the amount, issuing bank and source of funds. Our team reviews whether it can service that specific request; submitting it does not authorize payment.

Create your account to prepare your details. Funding is not open yet. Do not buy or send a check until staff provides approved instructions for your request.

Identity verification for manual purchases

Manual wire and cashier’s-check purchases require the account identity-verification process through Onfido/Entrust, followed by staff review of eligibility and the destination wallet. Approval is specific to the account and purchase; it does not promise service for every location or request.

Debit-card, credit-card and ACH offers use the selected payment provider’s own verification process. They do not depend on completing the manual-purchase identity flow.

Use instructions issued for your request

After review, staff provides the payee, delivery details and any reference needed for that request. Instructions may differ between requests. Do not use a general address from an article or reuse another customer’s instructions.

Report that you sent the check through your account and retain its tracking information. A delivery notification proves arrival, not deposit credit or bank clearance.

The service fee is stated before you proceed

The service fee is 8% below $100,000 and 5% at or above $100,000. The rate applies to the full amount of each request and is deducted from it; separate requests are not combined. These are the same confirmed service-fee tiers used for manual wires.

For a $1,000 request, the service fee is $80, leaving $920 before any separately disclosed purchase costs. The fee calculation does not fix a Bitcoin exchange rate or delivery amount. Issuing-bank, delivery and network charges may be separate. These manual-purchase fees do not apply to card or ACH offers.

Bank clearance comes before Bitcoin fulfillment

Staff records bank deposit credit with supporting evidence and separately confirms clearance. Physical possession of a check or a provisional credit is not the clearance step. Fiat2Bitcoin does not promise a fixed clearance time.

After confirmed clearance, review the Bitcoin amount, all disclosed charges, wallet destination and quote expiry in your account. You must accept the current quote before staff begins fulfillment. Staff then records Bitcoin delivery and its transaction reference.

Unfulfilled funds and completed purchases

If staff cannot complete a purchase after funds arrive, unfulfilled funds are returned manually through a reviewed process with return evidence. A completed Bitcoin purchase is final. A request, check delivery, clearance, quote acceptance and Bitcoin delivery remain separate steps in your account.

Compare bank wires, debit cards, credit cards and ACH, or review the fee policy.
