Buy Bitcoin with a wire transfer.
A larger purchase deserves a clear sequence. Prepare your request, wait for instructions issued for that request, and understand each step from bank transfer to Bitcoin delivery.
Availability, limits, fees, and timing depend on the purchase and applicable provider.
Your purchase,
in order.
Know what each step establishes before moving to the next one.
- 01
Prepare the request
Have your intended USD amount, originating bank, source-of-funds information, and receiving Bitcoin wallet ready. Required identity and eligibility checks come before funding instructions.
- 02
Wait for request-specific instructions
An employee must review the request and issue its instructions. Never send money using bank details copied from a search result, an old request, or an unsolicited message.
- 03
Send the instructed wire
Verify the beneficiary, account details, amount, and reference with the confirmed channel before asking your bank to send. Keep the bank’s confirmation.
- 04
Allow receipt and clearance to be confirmed
A bank confirmation shows your sending activity. It does not establish that funds have been received, cleared, or approved for a Bitcoin purchase.
- 05
Review the final quote and delivery
Check the rate, service fee, additional charges, Bitcoin amount, and quote expiry before accepting. Retain the completion record and verify delivery to your wallet.
Only use instructions issued for your reviewed request. A public guide, fee estimate, or bank receipt is not approval to proceed.
Your account is the next step.
Check account access before preparing a purchase request.
A clear number
to start with.
This calculates the wire service fee only. It does not quote Bitcoin, approve a request, or include other charges.
The rate applies to the full amount of each request. Separate requests are not combined.

Before bank, network, or other charges.
This is a USD calculation, not a Bitcoin quote.
A little more
clarity.
Understand the details of bank wire purchases.
How is the wire service fee calculated?
The rate applies to the full amount of each request: 8% below $100,000, or 5% at or above it. The fee is deducted from the request amount. Separate requests are not added together to qualify for a rate.
Where can I find bank instructions?
Bank instructions are issued manually for a reviewed request. There are no general receiving-account details on this page. Do not send a wire before receiving and verifying the instructions for your request.
Does the service fee include every cost?
No. Your bank, network, or other disclosed purchase charges may apply separately. Review the full quote and the amount of Bitcoin to be delivered.
Is Bitcoin delivered when my bank sends the wire?
No. Sending, receiving, clearance, quote acceptance, and delivery are different stages. Bank cutoffs, review, and network conditions can affect the sequence.
Is there a guaranteed purchase limit?
The fee threshold is not an eligibility promise or purchase limit. Approval depends on the request and applicable operating requirements.
