You search for a Huntington wire cutoff and find a page aimed at commercial customers. Then you open a personal-account fee sheet. Both can be useful, once you match each document to the job. This guide helps you organize that review before arranging a payment.
What wire fees does Huntington publish for personal accounts?
The Asterisk-Free Checking personal charges form, marked March 2024, lists the wire charges below. The Relationship Savings form, marked July 2025, lists the same figures. Both were checked October 31, 2026.
Use the form for the account you actually hold and have Huntington confirm the charge for your request. Keep any account benefit or agreed exception with the payment record so you know why the final charge applies.

| Wire category | Listed charge | Budget question |
|---|---|---|
| Domestic outgoing | $25 | What total leaves my account, including the wire fee? |
| Foreign/international outgoing | $75 | What currency, rate and other charges affect the recipient’s amount? |
| Domestic incoming | $15 | How will the incoming fee affect my available funds? |
| Foreign/international incoming | $15 | Are other institutions taking a charge along the route? |
| Internal Huntington-to-Huntington wire | None listed | Which transfer service is being used between these accounts? |
How can you plan for the fee?
Hypothetical outgoing budget: if you’re sending $4,000 and the published $25 domestic fee applies to your account, reserve $4,025 for those two items. Ask separately about any other known charges before confirming the payment.
Hypothetical incoming budget: receiving $4,000 with a separate $15 incoming fee has a $3,985 budgeting effect. Ask how Huntington will post the credit and fee to your account. If someone must receive an exact amount, agree who covers each charge before the sender submits the wire.
For an international payment, write down the currency the recipient expects, the amount it should receive and which charges each party will cover. Request the complete offer from the institution arranging the transfer, then compare that offer with your payment agreement.
Which service do Huntington’s published wire cutoffs cover?
Huntington’s Commercial Wire Transfer Services page publishes the outgoing times below in Eastern Time. The page describes commercial initiation methods and authorization arrangements. Use these times when Huntington confirms that service applies to your request.
Scroll across the table to see all columns.
| Commercial request category | Published same-day processing condition |
|---|---|
| Online or phone domestic outgoing wire | Received before 6:15 p.m. ET |
| Other outgoing wires, including federal tax payments and online/phone international wires | Received before 4:30 p.m. ET |
For a personal account, ask for the deadline tied to its actual request channel. A useful question is: “I’m sending [amount and currency] from [account type] to [destination]. How do I submit this wire, what must be completed before the cutoff, and what send date applies?” Save the answer with the request.
What should you prepare before contacting Huntington?
Get the recipient’s complete current instructions first. Then organize the source account, destination and payment agreement as separate records. This makes a branch or support conversation easier, especially when the instructions name an intermediary bank.
Scroll across the table to see all columns.
| Record | Details to gather | Question to resolve |
|---|---|---|
| Funding account | Your account type and intended dollar or currency amount | Which request channel and fee apply to this account? |
| Recipient | Verified name, address and receiving account | Do these details match the person or business I intend to pay? |
| Destination bank | Bank-issued routing or SWIFT instructions | Which institution receives the wire and forwards it if needed? |
| Payment purpose | Invoice, order or other required reference | What reference must travel with the payment? |
| Deadline | Recipient’s required receipt date and the proposed send date | Which processing steps still need to be completed? |
Use a support channel you already trust, such as the contact information in your signed-in account or on your bank records. Describe the payment and ask which documents to bring or send. Follow that account-specific process when submitting the request.
What routing and SWIFT identifiers does Huntington publish for wires?
Huntington’s Treasury Management wire-transition instructions publish incoming-wire ABA 044000024 and SWIFT HUNTUS33. They also call for the receiving account number and exact account name. Obtain the complete current receiving instructions for your own account, including any correspondent details for an international payment.
When money leaves your Huntington account, get the destination identifiers from the recipient’s verified instructions. Read each field by role: your funding account, the recipient’s bank, the final receiving account and the payment reference. Our ABA-versus-SWIFT guide explains how the bank identifiers differ.
If the instruction sheet names more than one institution, have the bank map those details to the request together. The for-further-credit guide explains why a wire can need a final-customer reference after it reaches the first receiving account.
How should you follow up on a delayed wire or an error?
Keep the request confirmation, amount, currency, recipient, submitted date and expected send date together. Ask whether the wire is awaiting review, scheduled to leave or already sent. Once sent, request the reference the recipient’s bank can use to locate it.
A message you can adapt is: “My wire request for [amount] was submitted on [date], reference [reference]. Please confirm its current stage and whether you need anything from me. If it has been sent, which tracking details should the receiving bank use?” The wire-tracking checklist helps organize that conversation.
If you spot an incorrect account or bank field, contact Huntington promptly through its official channel and describe the exact error. Confirm the first payment’s status and next steps before arranging a replacement. Keep the correction request and any response with the original record.
What should you check before a wire-funded Bitcoin purchase?
Start with the purchase provider’s reviewed request and the instructions issued for that request. The wire-transfer buying guide explains preparation, service fees, funding review, the final quote and wallet delivery. Budget Huntington’s bank charge separately from the purchase provider’s charges.
Fiat2Bitcoin’s public purchase service remains in launch preparation. Use the instruction-verification checklist to compare the recipient, account, amount and required reference through the provider’s verified process before authorizing a purchase wire.
